ISE 2016 will once again occupy all 14 halls of the Amsterdam RAI. Teleste’s hospitality portfolio featured at ISE will provide innovative, easy-to-use solutions for HD distribution and IPTV delivery. Providing cost-effective solutions for utilising the existing coax TV distribution cables, to bring High Speed Internet Access and Wi-Fi to every guest room without the cost and disruption associated with the installation of new cables.

Come and find us at stand 5-R117!

Teleste’s hospitality solution provides innovative and lucrative technologies that enable the delivery of cutting-edge TV and media experiences across the hospitality industry. The solution contains the perfect building blocks for video and data delivery without compromising the quality or ease of usage. The solution is based upon the Teleste Luminato headend and DOCSIS Access Hub (DAH).

The Luminato takes in multiple signals from satellite, aerial, cable and local IP sources (such as Freeview, Freesat and Arabsat); it then transmits those signals through the existing cable infrastructure of the hotel TV services. This device is modular, so it can take multiple input signals and has the ability to switch between the sources providing failover options.  The Luminato IPTV platform provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for live content processing for CATV, OTT and/or IPTV delivery.

    DOCSIS Access Hub (DAH)

The Teleste DOCSIS Access Hub introduces of broadband over coax to the hotel by simply connecting a cable modem to the existing coaxial cable.  DAH is a dynamic and economical method which will bring high-speed internet to the whole building and upgrade the network capacity for IPTV, and other on demand online video services.  The use of the coaxial cable for broadband access ensures that there are high streaming bitrates and error free transmission necessary for video and on IPTV service without the need for new cabling.

    Ultra HD Matrix and Distribution

Teleste will also be showcasing the latest in UHD Matrix and Distribution from both ZeeVee and PureLink. ZeeVee’s ZyPer4K supports the distribution of ultra-high definition, uncompressed 4K content, audio, and other data signals using off-the-shelf 10Gb Ethernet switching technology. Furthermore, Purelink’s products ensure that whatever the application there is a solution ready to deliver full 4K and UHD signal. All PM series chassis are fully 4 UHD compatible with a new full range of UHD input/output cards and extenders.

    Home Automation & Control

The home automation and control offering features Demopad’s bespoke software solutions, and hardware integration services. The CENTRO 8, for example, represents a quantum leap in home automation, bringing advanced automation capabilities to the masses, with an affordable control processor and state of the art embedded software. It is easy to get started working with DemoPad regardless of how much experience the installer has working with control systems.

One of our key supplier partners, Ethereal, will be showing The Residential Systems award winning HDM-GA1 Gigabit Accelerator, which now supports in-wall cables extending up to 17 meters. The Ethereal HDM-GA1 allows the installer to utilise existing in-wall passive HDMI cables to upgrade and support the full 4K/60, 4:4:4, HDR signal now available in many video products. The compact in-line Gigabit Accelerator has a 2" by 1" aluminum chassis that is powered from an external USB power supply through a USB mini connector - and is simple for anyone to install.

The Velox Cables from Ethereal are available in various sizes up to 15 meters! The evolutionary designed cables support the latest generation of HD, Ultra-HD and 4K video applications with the new Targa 1 Module developed in In-Visions Technology, Inc. The Velox UHD cables support 18 Gb/s HD signal for higher resolutions, frame rates and colors over HD digital interconnects. Like the Ethereal HDM-GA1, the Velox Cables are proudly assembled in the USA.
